- If you receive defective lens or non matching colors, we will be happy to replace the pair.
- If you received the incorrect order or color, we are happy to send the correct colors.
- I you tried the lenses and just don't like the color, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you damaged the lenses your self, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you let your lenses dry up, we cannot issue a refund.
